Building on the efforts that led to the creation of the King County Regional Homelessness Authority (KCRHA), the City of Seattle, King County, and We Are In –– an advocacy coalition of philanthropies, businesses, service providers, advocates, and both housed and unhoused King County residents –– are coming together to launch this unique partnership in support of KCRHA’s plan, beginning with more than $10 million of private contributions in the first year.

The Schultz Family Foundation is contributing to the effort along with other funders through We Are In, a coalition of people and non-governmental organizations who are uniting resources to end homelessness across King County.

“Chronic homelessness is a crisis in our community that can only be solved if we all come together. Government, businesses, philanthropy, service providers and every day citizens must adopt an emergency mindset to address the urgent needs of our unhoused neighbors. Everyone deserves access to critical services. No one should have to sleep outside. If we want our city to change, it’s time to take action," said Sheri Schultz, co-founder of the Schultz Family Foundation

By joining We Are In you can stay updated on Partnership for Zero’s progress and impact and learn more about our work to end homelessness in King County.
