Jariel Bytheway builds and establishes key partnerships for organizations breaking into new areas by identifying strategic opportunities, using quantitative and qualitative means, and managing its success. As special projects manager for the Schultz Family Foundation, he is working to expand its vision to serve as a vanguard in bringing opportunity and prosperity to those that have historically and systemically been deprived by working together across different communities.
Jariel is an entrepreneur at heart. Previously, he co-founded and served as CEO of a sustainable retail e-commerce start-up. Currently, he’s a co-founder of a biotech start-up working to improve the inefficiencies in pre-human drug development to ensure accuracy and safety for all. Prior to exploring his entrepreneurial interest, Jariel served as a program and partnership manager in various industries, including Aerospace, Life Sciences, and Tech at various firms including Verily and Google.
When he’s not working to solve the problems that plague his communities, you’ll likely find Jariel traveling to a new destination or recklessly partaking in outdoor activities.
Jariel graduated with honors from University of California Los Angeles with his B.A. in Political Science and earned his M.B.A. from Yale School of Management as a John Kerry Fellow. He currently resides in Seattle, WA.
