Fikayo Ajibade is the office assistant at the Schultz Family Foundation, assisting with the smooth operation of the foundation.

Prior to joining the foundation, right after completing her degrees, Fikayo worked as the administrative assistant in the Office of the Provost. There Fikayo supported the office and the executive assistant to the provost.

Fikayo was also an auction intern at Childhaven, a non-profit organization that is committed to caring and responding to the needs of minority children and families to prevent childhood trauma and adversity. As an intern, Fikayo helped prep for their annual fundraising event that ensures Childhaven can continue to make an impact in the community.  

Fikayo graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 2022, with a dual degree in Sociology and Communications, and a minor in Leadership Studies. While at SPU, Fikayo was a resident advisor, events coordinator of African Student Association and held a leadership position on her campus’s student worship program.

 Outside of work, Fikayo loves to travel, read, listen to podcasts, and spent time with family.
